Cyber Intelligence Specialist
Location: Vincennes, IN
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $18.00 hourly, based on experience and performance, quarterly incentive potential.
The Cyber Intelligence Specialist will be responsible for the investigations conducted of all social media platforms, online platforms, open source platforms, dating platforms, and all cyber related sources. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to obtain board certifications in Open Source Media Investigations, Certified Cyber Intelligence Professional, Certified Cyber Intelligence Expert, plus additional certifications as needed. Must possess excellent computer skills, knowledge of Social Media and the various open source networking sites in conjunction with above average typing skills, and capability of maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Employer will provide on the job training, all certifications, and continuing education requirements. Successful candidate will be assigned a mentor to assist with transition from training to full and certified specialist in related field

Responsibilities:
Conduct Cyber-based research.
Conduct online investigations utilizing multi-faceted platforms and techniques.
Collaborate with Case Management Coordinator and supervisors.
Update, maintain, and retrieve information in different database platforms and systems.
Maintain case logs.
Completion of reports in conjunction with secured evidence collection.
Ability to understand and analyze obtained information.
Ability to successfully complete and obtain designated board certifications.
Understanding of computer and keyboard operations.
Understanding and ability to work with Microsoft Office.
Excellent typing Skills.
Understanding scheduling and mapping systems to coordinate efforts in various states throughout specific regions.
Validate/communicate with the Case Management Coordinator to obtain and verify insufficient or inaccurate provided information.
Understand and maintain appropriate turnaround and deadline times on specific assignments.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred (not required).
1 or more years of Data Entry experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must pass administered typing standards test.
Must have clean background and pass background screening.

Strong knowledge of computer, including Microsoft Office.

Medical Canvass Specialist
Location: Vincennes, IN
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $18.00 hourly, based on experience and performance, quarterly incentive potential.
Description:
Medical Canvass Specialist will be responsible for the investigations conducted of all medical facilities by phone for verification purposes and reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone and communication skills, computer skills, preferred understanding of medical services and facility types, above average typing skills, and ability to maintain the integrity and confidentially of sensitive information. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance a plus, but not required.

Case Intake Specialist will be responsible for the entry of information and files into our company database system related to a specific region of operation, schedule specific staff depending on region and case type. The ideal candidate will possess needs to demonstrate the ability to prioritize work load, excellent computer skills in conjunction with above average typing skills, and capability of maintaining the integrity and confidentially of sensitive information.
